Domestic Shipping:

Delivery to mainland UK is free on all orders over £44.99. For all orders below this value then there is a delivery charge of £4.99. Saturday delivery charge is £9.99 and is available for mainland UK orders only.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to deliver parcels. The courier we use will depend on the size of your parcel. Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is normally delivered the next working day but can take up to 2 working days dependant on volumes throughout the year. Parcelforce Express 24 is a next working day service (subject to circumstances outside of their control). No postage refunds can be offered for late delivery.

Our offices and warehouse are open Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 1.00pm will be despatched the next working day.

All deliveries are fully tracked. Once your order has been despatched you will be notified of the tracking number and if you have provided a mobile number or email address you will also receive notification from the courier. Deliveries take place within normal business hours but during busy periods delivery times can vary. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted then the following procedures are in place:

  1. Royal Mail will automatically try to deliver the next working day. After the second attempt your item will be held at your local Customer Service Point for collection. Undelivered items are held for 18 days before being returned to sender.
  2. Parcelforce will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot. Parcels not delivered or collected by the consignee will be returned to sender after a period of 20 days.

Items that are returned to sender as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original postage cost and any costs incurred for the associated return costs of the parcel. If you choose to refuse delivery of your parcel then please be aware that you will be responsible for covering any costs incurred for the returned delivery.

Non-receipt of an order must be notified within 14 working days to allow us to investigate and claim with the relevant courier. Claims for non-receipt after this time will not be entertained.

A signature is required for delivery of all items and a photo of delivery will be taken which will be used to identify the exact delivery location along with GPS coordinates.

 

Returns:

We hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchase but we understand if you wish to return items purchased from us. If you have ordered an S1 Helmet, please ensure you have tried all of the sizing liners included with your order. You may find the helmet fits perfectly when you swap the liners around and this could avoid a return.

We do accept returns on unwanted items within 30 days from the date you received/collected your order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

All original packaging must be retained and tags must still be attached. If possible return the item(s) in their original outer packaging. If you have disposed of this then you must source alternative outer packaging. Helmets must not be returned simply in the S1 Helmet box. The item must be further packaged to protect and disguise in transit. No shipping labels or tape should be affixed to any display packaging.

You should enclose your full contact details, order number and a brief outline of what action you would like to take.

All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will not be authorised for any item that is damaged, marked or visibly worn/used. If your refund is not authorised for such reasons then you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to you.

The returns process can take 7-10 days once it has arrived back at our offices. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take a further 2-4 working days for your bank/payment provider to process the funds back to you.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and do not use the item. Please email info@s1helmets.co.uk.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All S1 products are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the original owner/purchaser and must be accompanied by a sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your S1 product has a manufacturing defect you should email info@s1helmets.co.uk with images, proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue. Following review of your email, we will confirm the next course of action. If we need to closer examine the item then we will request that the goods are returned to us for inspection under warranty.

Once your item has been inspected we will advise if your warranty claim has been successful. In line with UK consumer law we will repair, replace of refund you for the faulty goods.
