LONDON JAMM 2024 | HOSTED BY RAMP STAMP

Rollerskate competitions are something skaters really look forward to these days! Most of us agree this is the perfect excuse to be inspired, get to meet our friends all over the world and connect with communities we don’t often interact with.

The LDN JAMM is a big event hosted at the biggest indoor spot in London, BaySixty6. BaySixty6 is a skatepark that features a perfect sized mini ramp, a big bowl, and a street section with a great mix of transition, rails, ledges and stairs. This is the second time Quad skating has been a part of this annual event, and the first organized by Ramp Stamp LDN, a group of dedicated local skaters that put together an unforgettable event.

When talking to the organizers, you can really tell this event was put together for the community! They want more people to get to experience what the skate scene is like there and watch new skaters rip their local spots. Their most interesting proposal was not giving away cash prizes but using the funds as an aid for the international skaters visiting, while also offering housing and being their local guides.

The event held multiple activities: a mini ramp comp for newer skaters, a trick for cash section featuring all skaters and setting trick categories, and the big bowl invitational event that got local and international skaters to compete and showcase their skills.

You’ll get to see some of their sick tricks soon enough, but first we wanted to congratulate our team members that made it to the podium!
